Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Category Program Manager – Private Label to lead assigned sub-categories, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive profitable growth through data-driven analysis and sourcing initiatives. Travel internationally will be required to visit suppliers and support product development.

The role emphasizes strategic category planning, supplier negotiations, and successful launches of private label products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Product Development, Buying, Procurement, or related commercial role.
• Experience developing business cases and analyzing product performance.
• Experience working with international suppliers or private label products.

Responsibilities

• Manage private label sub-categories by monitoring sales, profitability, and key metrics.
• Develop business cases for new product introductions, conversions, and sourcing initiatives.
• Support product development: specs, supplier selection, sampling, commercialization.
• Optimize assortment, SKU rationalization, and lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance across functions to execute strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
