Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI ML Lead to drive ML and GenAI initiatives within Consumer & Community Banking Tech. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions at scale.

You will architect robust MLOps/LLMOps pipelines across AWS, Azure, and GCP, deploying models in production, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliability. Strong communication with diverse teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MS or PhD in quantitative field (e.g., CS, Math, OR, Data Science).
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.
• Architect and implement cloud-native MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and AI infrastructure for scalable deployment and monitoring.
• Direct the development and deployment of generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP) and classic ML models.
• Develop monitoring tools to ensure high reliability and scalability of AI systems.
• Communicate AI capabilities and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
