Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams to deploy innovative AI solutions and shape the next generation of intelligent financial products. You will design scalable MLOps pipelines across AWS/Azure/GCP, work with data scientists and engineers, and communicate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering production ML models in business-critical apps.
• Proficiency in Python for model development and OpenAI API integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML/GenAI projects with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Design and deploy cloud-native MLOps pipelines for scalable deployments.
• Architect and implement AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP) for fintech products.
• Develop monitoring tools to ensure model reliability and performance.
