Job summary

Axiom Path, Inc. is seeking an experienced privacy risk and compliance professional to help strengthen our global privacy program within a leading financial institution.

You will conduct PIAs and DPIAs, translate complex regulations into practical guidance, and collaborate with IT, Legal, and Security teams to embed privacy-by-design practices. In this role you will influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and ensure alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and other frameworks across regions,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management roles.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, or similar privacy assessments.
• Solid understanding of global privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into business-friendly guidance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Security teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation rigor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy risk assessments including PIAs and DPIAs across business and technology initiatives.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, Legal, Infosec, and business teams to evaluate data handling practices.
• Support the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across projects and workflows.
• Identify and mitigate privacy risks while ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Influence stakeholders and act as a change agent in strengthening privacy compliance programs.
