ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Privacy Program Manager to join its Legal Team and scale our global privacy program. You will translate privacy requirements into effective, repeatable processes across the company and drive day-to-day privacy initiatives, collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, Safety, and GTM teams.

This role suits someone with deep privacy program experience and strong project management skills who enjoys building scalable programs within a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

• Deep privacy program experience and strong project management skills.
• Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable operational processes and controls.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, Safety, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve ElevenLabs’ global privacy program, translating legal requirements into scalable operational processes.
• Oversee privacy compliance workflows across GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, HIPAA, and biometric privacy requirements.
• Manage privacy impact assessment processes (PIAs, DPIAs) including AI systems and biometric data.
