Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a commercially minded Senior Director, Global Privacy & Data Protection to lead privacy strategy and the data protection program across regions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Sales to embed privacy, AI governance, and responsible data use into our products and operations.

The ideal candidate brings extensive GDPR, US and Canadian privacy law experience, and a track record as a senior privacy leader in complex tech environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in privacy, data protection, or related legal/risk leadership.
• Expertise in GDPR, US state laws, and Canadian privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead global privacy and data protection strategy across markets and products.
• Act as Data Protection Officer for Europe and provide GDPR guidance.
• Advise executive leadership on privacy risk and regulatory change.
• Represent Trulioo in privacy engagements with regulators and customers.
• Oversee privacy program operations, DPIAs, PIAs, and data governance.
• Embed privacy by design into product development and third-party management.
• Support privacy governance, incident response, and metrics reporting.
