Job summary
Trulioo Information Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape the company’s strategic direction and translate it into actionable plans across the business.
You will partner with the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer to refine the strategic blueprint, align priorities, and lead major strategic initiatives. This leadership role combines strategy, corporate development, and governance to drive investments, partnerships, and acquisitions while leveraging AI
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience across corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, management consulting, market intelligence, transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Degree in economics, business, finance, strategy, or related discipline.
- Builder mindset and experience deploying AI tools to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern MAPS and capital allocation processes to connect strategy with investments.
- Lead corporate development activities including target screening, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Build governance forums to track progress on strategic priorities and enable timely decision-making.
- Translate strategy into enterprise priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for cross-functional teams.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform long-term plans.
- Communicate strategic direction across the organization and to the board as needed.
