Job summary

Trulioo Information Services Inc. is seeking a commercially minded and execution-oriented Senior Director, Global Privacy & Data Protection to lead our global privacy strategy and data protection program.

This role reports to the Chief Risk and Strategy Officer and partners with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Sales in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in privacy leadership, deep GDPR, US state, and Canadian privacy law experience, and a track record building

Qualifications

• 15+ years in privacy, data protection, or related leadership roles.
• Extensive GDPR, US state privacy, and Canadian privacy law expertise.
• In-house privacy program leadership in a complex tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global privacy strategy, data protection program, and DPO duties.
• Advise executive leadership on privacy risk and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company in privacy engagements with regulators and partners.
• Embed privacy by design across products, engineering, and commercial functions.
• Develop metrics and governance for privacy program maturity.
