SEI in Oaks, PA seeks a Privacy Analyst to join its global Privacy Office and advance privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance programs.

The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, and business stakeholders to protect personal, confidential, and proprietary information across SEI's operations. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to absorb and digest complex data processing activities and business relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Privacy Governance and Compliance across international business units.
• Communicate, promote, and enforce controls related to data access, classification, retention, and minimization.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business operations and privacy requirements.
• Review how information is acquired, used, stored, and shared in connection with operations and contracts.
• Assist with assessments and provide practical guidance to business and technology teams.
