Job summary

Phaidra is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Prism, our data-center operating platform. You will partner with the CPO to shape strategy, drive a cross-functional roadmap, and expand our platform with diagnostics, triage, and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, architecture awareness, and collaboration across Engineering, Design, and GTM in a fully remote, US/Canada-time zone context.

Qualifications

• Experience in directly interviewing customers or end users for product insights.
• Strong ability to prioritize and sequence initiatives under uncertainty.
• Experience taking a product toward platform or data-surface capabilities.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data platforms.
• Ability to influence leadership and align teams on strategy and decisions.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and building governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform vision into a sequenced, fundable roadmap and drive delivery.
• Visit customers and join calls to gather real-time feedback.
• Translate customer pain into high-quality product requirements.
• Expand Prism by connecting more data center systems and offering insights and autonomy.
• Lead integrations that connect new systems to Prism and drive action.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship platform capabilities.
• Support expansion to new personas and buyers, including pricing collaboration.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and mentor the team on best practices.
