Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a distributed team of engineers and analysts.
• Owns end-to-end delivery of Prism implementations.
• Acts as primary escalation point for client issues.
• Partners with Sales for new Prism opportunities.
• Collaborates with Product Management on client feedback.
• Manages team performance through regular one-on-ones.
