Job summary

Urschel is seeking a Pricing & Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team at our Chesterton, IN headquarters. The role involves pricing analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and data management to support profitability initiatives and strategic growth.

This on-site position reports to the Global Pricing Strategist & ERP Product Owner and partners with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field and strong financial analytics experience.
Experience with pricing, procurement, or data-driven decision support.
Proficiency in Excel and data tools; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain pricing data integrity across business systems.
Develop financial models and perform pricing, margin, and profitability analyses.
Prepare and analyze reports on product, customer, and business performance to identify trends.
Support quotations and pricing activities with timely analysis and recommendations.
Establish pricing documentation, governance, and standardized processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations and others to drive improvements.
