Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a VP, Global Pre-Sales to lead the worldwide pre-sales organization from a remote US base.

You will shape strategy, coach a global team of Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Security Solution Architects, and partner with CRO and regional leaders to accelerate qualified opportunities and win rates. This role requires a highly commercial leader with deep enterprise software experience, a track record in complex deals, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise technology or services experience with leadership in global pre-sales or related function.
Proven track record leading a pre-sales organization that contributed to quota attainment and revenue growth.
Experience supporting complex enterprise deals from qualification through close, including high-value transactions.
Executive-level communication and credibility with CIO/CTO/procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the global pre-sales organization and operating model.
Partner with CRO, regional sales leaders, and account executives to advance strategic opportunities and accelerate wins.
Develop and maintain a disciplined engagement, capacity, and performance model for the team.
Represent Rimini Street in executive customer engagements and industry events while shaping service-offering strategy.
