Job summary
Rimini Street Inc. in the United States is seeking a highly commercial, field-oriented VP of Global Pre-Sales to lead the worldwide pre-sales organization and partner with the CRO leadership.
This role combines sales leadership with deep technical credibility to win strategic deals and build a scalable global pre-sales model. You will manage a global team of Solution Architects and ensure alignment with regional sales, delivering measurable value and accelerating high-priority opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise technology or services experience including leadership in global pre-sales
- Proven track record leading a pre-sales org that drives quota attainment
- Experience supporting complex enterprise deals from qualification to close including high-value transactions
- Executive presence with CIOs/CTOs/CFOs and procurement leaders
- Ability to shape global pre-sales strategy and capacity management
Responsibilities
- Lead global pre-sales strategy and operating model aligned to growth priorities
- Partner with CRO, regional sales leaders and account executives to advance opportunities
- Manage a global team of Solution Architects and Security Architects
- Ensure discovery, solution selling and executive presentations are consistent across regions
- Provide field feedback to influence service-offering and sales messaging
