Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a global PR, executive communications, and corporate reputation strategy.
• Lead crisis communications and real-time media monitoring protocols.
• Oversee analyst relations with key industry analysts (e.g., KLAS, Forrester).
• Drive multi-channel media relations and executive thought leadership opportunities.
• Manage budget and cross-functional agency partnerships to optimize ROI.
