ModMed is seeking a Senior Director of PR & External Communications to shape enterprise brand reputation and AI-augmented media strategy. Lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and align storytelling with executive vision, product innovation, and business growth.

You will leverage generative AI, sentiment analytics, and social listening to elevate market share and protect corporate reputation while driving multi-channel communications and thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in PR, corporate communications, and brand reputation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• High-growth B2B, healthcare, or enterprise technology background required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive global PR, executive communications, and corporate reputation strategy.
• Advise the CMO, C-suite, and board on crisis management and enterprise positioning.
• Lead crisis communications with real-time monitoring and predictive risk management.
• Oversee Analyst Relations with key industry analysts to influence market positioning.
• Manage cross-functional agency partners and internal teams to deliver high-impact media placements.
