You will specialize in Electric Power systems, generator controls, and integrated power solutions while building dealer capability and improving service quality. The role involves travel to global training centers, dealerships, and customer sites, with a focus on safety, installation and maintenance best practices.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instructor-led technical training to Caterpillar dealers and internal audiences across multiple product platforms and systems.
• Facilitate course delivery covering Electric Power systems, product and solutions.
• Lead classroom, hands-on, and virtual training sessions to support global learners.
• Provide specialized instruction on generator control systems, diagnostics, and data communications networks.
• Serve as a technical resource to support dealer service operations and product understanding.
• Train on industrial communication protocols (CAN, ModBus, Ethernet-based systems).
• Support understanding of integrated power systems and control architectures.
• Conduct technical assessments to validate knowledge and hands-on skills of dealer technicians.
• Deliver structured feedback to enhance technician capability and operational performance.
• Assist Learning Center Manager in developing proposals and budgets; lead projects when required.
• Promote best practices in safety, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power systems.
