Job summary

Danfoss is launching a two-year Graduate Program designed to develop future leaders through three 8-month rotations across Engineering, Sales and Operations & Supply Chain. Starting in 2027, rotations begin in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, with opportunities to work in the USA, Asia or Europe as you grow.

You’ll join cross-functional teams, own project initiatives, and gain a comprehensive view of how global business, innovation and sustainability connect at Danfoss.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Recently graduated with up to two years of full-time work experience after graduation.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and improving processes.
• Experience from internship or student project.

Join our two-year Graduate Program and become part of a team that turns ideas into real impact. You will contribute to business-critical projects, work across functions and develop an understanding of how a global industrial company operates. From day one, you’ll take on meaningful challenges, bring your perspective to complex problems and help create smarter, more sustainable solutions for people and the planet.

How the Program Works

Starting 1 September 2027, you’ll complete three 8-month rotations, building functional expertise, strengthening your project and collaboration skills and exploring where you can contribute most. Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark and continues in regions such as the USA, Asia or Europe.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams - from office spaces to production floors -, gaining a full picture of how global business, innovation and sustainability connect at Danfoss.

After completing the program, you’ll be well prepared to take on future opportunities - potentially moving into a permanent role at Danfoss that aligns with your strengths, ambitions and career path.

What We're Looking For

• A Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or mechatronics), Supply Chain or Economics with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Recently graduated, with a maximum of two years of full-time professional work experience after graduation.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and improving how things work.
• Work well across cultures and value inclusion, teamwork and respect.
• Have experience from an internship or student project.
