Job summary

Apple is seeking a Corporate Development Integration Analyst in Cupertino to help deliver seamless integration of acquired companies worldwide. You will partner with the Corp Dev team to build plans, review data, identify issues, and drive decisions across multiple streams, coordinating with experts across Apple.

The role requires 3–5 years in post-merger integration or 4–6 years in project management, with high proficiency in Excel and comfort with Keynote/Pages.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in post-merger integration or 4–6 years in project management.
• Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Keynote and Pages.
• Ability to learn technical subjects quickly and adapt to ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and support integration planning as part of the core deal team.
• Participate in end-to-end integration, from due diligence to Day One planning.
• Track and document post-close integration activities until completion.
• Define integration approach for smaller acquisitions; assist larger, complex transactions.
• Identify roles and responsibilities for cross-functional integration team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Legal, IT, Real Estate, Operations, Communications, Finance, Tax) to execute the plan.
• Recognize integration risks and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Serve as central point of contact for integration information for partners across Apple.
