Qualifications

• 5+ years related M&A experience
• Proven track record of managing technical activities on M&A integration projects in a global environment
• Clear understanding of networking, e-mail, web server, DNS, and domain technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with project stakeholders, business partners, and leadership
• Coordinate and track IS&T deliverables across concurrent projects
• Lead process and technology solutioning efforts with functional and regional groups
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on the status, timeline, and health of M&A integration projects
• Maintain program documentation to reflect current integration processes and tools
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and document technology needs
• Collaborate with global teams to develop, document, and deliver plans for each project
• Maintain relationships with support functions such as Collaboration Services, DNS, NewProduct Security, and Apple Information Security
• Develop and maintain knowledge of trends and best practices within Apple
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships at all levels
