Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Post-Market Surveillance Governance. The role leads global governance for PM surveillance, data analytics, and regulatory reporting across MedTech franchises. It requires strong cross-functional leadership and experience with supplier governance and CAPA processes.

The position may be located in Cincinnati, OH, Danvers, MA, Irvine, CA or Raritan, NJ. Up to 15% travel may be required. Base pay range listed; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in medical device/pharma or other regulated industry.
• Proven supervisory/people-management experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including remote-office environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide global governance for Post-Market Surveillance procedures, systems, data, analytics, and reporting.
• Lead the MedTech Post-Market Surveillance operating model across franchises, promoting consistent, scalable, and risk-based execution.
• Interpret Post-Market Surveillance requirements and translate them into practical policies, procedures, systems, controls, training, and implementation plans.
• Oversee methods for identifying, analyzing, evaluating, documenting, and escalating potential product signals.
