3+ years of experience in a Point of Sale technical environment.
1+ years Linux and Android OS experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain ticket queues for store-related incidents escalated from Tier I, Engineering, Development and Networking teams.
Support store registers, payment devices, print devices, handhelds/tablets and basic networking.
Assist with New Store openings, hardware installations and payment processing validations.
Support Capital Projects with installation and validation activities as defined by scope.
Collaborate with Engineering to identify trending issues and reduce downtime.
Maintain Linux-based registers and Android-based mobile fleets, plus print environment settings.
