• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to resolve ambiguous, high-impact problems.

Responsibilities

• Triages escalations, unblocks landlord disputes or payment issues.
• Audits lease data, approves abstracts, reviews critical KPI dashboards.
• Partners with real estate, fiber acquisition, and construction to align lease timelines with site builds and AI-enabled workflows.
• Updates SOPs and KPI trends to ensure processes scale with expansion.
