Qualifications

• 5 years of strategic experience in strategy, BD, management consulting, or related fields.
• Global or multi-market experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial acumen linking market opportunities to financial impact.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape the growth opportunity for portable snacking, identifying market potential and priorities across geographies.
• Translate long-term ambitions into near-term priorities and actions.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive trends, consumer insights and performance to identify priority markets and whitespace.
• Shape the portfolio strategy for portable snacking formats and how they drive growth across markets.
• Build market-level plans with format priorities, launch sequencing and investment opportunities.
• Scale opportunities globally by identifying transferable practices and synergies across markets.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives strengthening the business model and growth opportunities.
• Influence senior stakeholders with strategic insights, gaps, and trade-offs.
