Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Celebration, Florida, is hiring a Manager, Port Costs to lead the global port cost function, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance for port expenses, and partner with Marine Operations and Port Agencies to optimize cost performance.

You will lead Port Cost and Port Payments teams, deliver executive summaries and KPI reporting, drive cost efficiency, and shape long-term financial planning for itineraries and port operations in a complex, international

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FP&A, financial management, or cost control within a complex, international organization.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operating budgets.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent in finance or operations.
• Experience in maritime, cruise, logistics, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational and financial functions.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication of complex financial concepts.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of global port costs.
• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for port expenses.
• Review performance, challenge assumptions, and present variances and cost-saving opportunities to leadership.
• Prepare and deliver executive summaries and KPI reporting for strategic decisions.
• Lead long-term financial planning for port operating costs via forecasting and trend analysis.
