Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial management, FP&A, or cost control within a complex international organization.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operating budgets.
• Leadership experience developing talent in finance or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global port costs, budgeting and forecasts.
• Oversee port invoices and payments with strong financial controls.
• Partner with Marine Operations to align cost planning with itineraries.
• Mentor Port Cost and Port Payments teams and report to senior leadership.
