Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MSAT or Process Development for PhD level, or 12+ for MS, 16+ for BS.
• Experience with biologic production and polysaccharides preferred.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable programs.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead polysaccharide commercialization programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Coordinate regulatory, CMC, Quality, and Supply Chain deliverables.
• Drive tech-transfer and adoption of new technologies across sites.
• Provide technical oversight of CMOs and lifecycle planning.
• Communicate process performance and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
