Job summary

FHI 360, under the America First Global Health Strategy, seeks a Project Manager for Polio & GHS Management. This role provides direct project management and operational leadership across 20-25 countries, coordinating work plans, budgets, consultants, reporting, timelines, and resources to stay aligned with strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Associate Director, AFGHS Management, you will lead multi-country initiatives, build partnerships, and drive process improvements in a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field (e.g., Communications, Development, Health).
• Typically requires 8+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of line management experience.
• Experience with NGOs/government program development and polio or health security is highly desired.
• Fluency in English is required; working proficiency in French strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages centrally funded projects across multiple countries from initiation to completion.
• Develops project plans, budgets, consultant contracts, and deliverables for management and staff.
• Oversees operational aspects of polio and GHS programming with country teams and PMT.
• Monitors budgets and scope, develops partnerships, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
