Job summary

Tuvli, an Akima company, is actively seeking a Management and Program Analyst to support our DoS client in Washington, DC. You will analyze legislation, draft congressional documents, and track reporting across State and USAID bureaus to ensure accurate and timely information is provided.

The role requires experience with DoS/USAID/congress, strong analytical abilities, and excellent English communications in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. An active security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred in Accounting, Finance, IR, Political Science, Business or Public Administration or related field.
• Experience with DoS, USAID, or Congress is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and performance orientation.
• Excellent English written and spoken communications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a multicultural team with minimal supervision.
• Experience in international relations/foreign policy or related fields is preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and reviews legislation to assess relevance and global impact.
• Drafts congressional reports, RFIs, Q&As, talking points, and related documents.
• Tracks congressional reporting requirements and coordinates with State and USAID bureaus.
• Tracks press inquiries and coordinates data clearance for public release.
• Drafts funding and reprogramming memo packages.
