Job summary

Broadridge seeks a strategic leader to head Policy & Data Operations, directing data governance and the operational infrastructure behind its proxy voting policy solutions. This role ensures client-defined policies become scalable data frameworks and are validated for accuracy across global research and voting execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, business, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in data operations, governance, proxy voting, or related financial services.
• Experience leading data-driven operations at scale.
• Ability to translate client requirements into structured data frameworks.
• Strong data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy data management with governance, version control, and auditability.
• Lead end-to-end workflows for global proxy research production.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy execution and platform enablement.
• Define operating model, governance, and execution framework.
