Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to manage fund and ETF proxy campaigns and help clients secure shareholder votes. The role combines strategy, ownership analysis, and budget oversight, with data-driven recommendations in client discussions.

You will partner with the lead PM, use Proxy Plus and Excel for reporting, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. This role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or campaign management.
• Strong Excel and analytics with ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience coordinating work against schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop solicitation strategies using ownership data and campaign results.
• Monitor campaign progress and coordinate activities with PM and operations.
• Use Excel and Proxy Plus to analyze data, track results, and prepare reports.
• Participate in regular client calls to discuss status, risks, and changes.
• Monitor costs and manage activity against the campaign budget.
• Ensure service levels and performance measures are met; support colleagues.
