Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Product Manager to define and deliver Global PMS capabilities and integrations across the Next Generation PMS ecosystem. You will partner with hotel ops, technology, architects, and vendors to craft a product strategy and roadmap for PMS capabilities that support IHG's global portfolio.

You will own end‑to‑end lifecycle, govern capability standards, drive scalability, and ensure alignment with security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, User Experience, Customer Experience, Statistics, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software company.
• Strong knowledge of the IHG digital landscape and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for Global PMS Capabilities and Integrations across multiple PMS platforms.
• Define and prioritize PMS capabilities and integration requirements for hotel operations and enterprise initiatives.
• Own and manage the portfolio of PMS capabilities, platform services, and third‑party integrations and drive adoption across regions.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Influence PMS vendor roadmaps and ensure alignment to strategy and technical standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Establish a holistic view of the PMS ecosystem, identifying gaps and standardization opportunities.
• Define and document business requirements, product specs, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop business cases, forecast value realization, and measure product performance with KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders across hotel ops, technology, commercial, loyalty, finance, and regional teams.
• Monitor industry trends to keep PMS capabilities modern and scalable.
• Manage lifecycle for PMS capabilities and integrations, addressing performance and obsolescence.
• Communicate vision, strategy, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Drive governance and alignment across the PMS ecosystem with enterprise requirements.
• Foster collaboration to remove impediments and maximize value delivery.
