Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Lead Project Manager to govern a global project portfolio and optimize resource utilization. You will drive consistent project execution standards across regions as a facilitator at the intersection of delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the VP of Product Management and operates in a hybrid model, collaborating with regional leaders, IP product leads, and cross-functional teams. Expected base salary ranges reflect market norms in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program management, professional services, software implementation, customer support or related roles.
• 3+ years with enterprise PM tools including Project Insights, Jira and Power BI.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PMOCP, PRINCE2, or APM/IPMA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate federated portfolio governance focusing on standards and enablement.
• Provide portfolio visibility into performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Facilitate global resource sharing and capacity planning across regions.
• Collaborate on tooling and data management for PMO platforms and reporting.
• Deliver executive dashboards and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate on standard PM methodologies and governance across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement across the global project portfolio.
• Lead strategic initiatives governance with clients and internal stakeholders.
