The role operates from the factory floor and finance conference room, partnering with finance on capital ROI and with plant leadership on execution. The successful candidate will own the operating model, prioritization framework, consolidated capital plan, and real-time execution tracking across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally within manufacturing or capital-intensive operations.
• Experience building and running a PMO or portfolio governance function from the ground up.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-country capital portfolios.
• Experience designing and driving adoption of stage-gate or prioritization frameworks.
• Hands-on engagement with technical teams and plant leadership; regular, direct presence at factory sites; willingness to travel internationally (30–50%).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance including RACI and steering committee cadence.
• Consolidate capital plans across factories and SMEs and track benefits realization.
• Own the stage-gate process to move initiatives from Identify to Deploy and Scale.
• Maintain modern digital PMO tools with real-time status, spend, schedule, and risk data.
• Lead hands-on governance and coordinate across finance, SMEs, and plant leadership.
