The Opportunity

Reporting to the Divisional Vice President, Global Strategic Initiatives, you will be a key member of the PMO leadership team responsible for the Business Enablement portfolio, spanning customer experience, commercial enablement, and quality programs.

You will own the portfolio system (governance, prioritization, and operating model) that enables consistent, high‑quality execution of initiatives at scale. Key projects include global website platforms, implementation of AI tools, and building a roadmap for personalized marketing.

What You’ll Work On
  • Translate enterprise and divisional strategy into executable portfolio plans and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Ensure all business enablement initiatives align to product roadmap, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strategic priorities.
  • Orchestrate dependencies across product ecosystems, business enablement systems, and internal functions such as BTS/IT, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and Global Strategic Marketing.
  • Resolve cross‑system constraints impacting delivery timelines.
Portfolio Governance and Operating Model
  • Define and lead portfolio governance structures (e.g., PMR, intake and prioritization processes).
  • Establish decision frameworks, escalation pathways, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Ensure disciplined execution through repeatable processes and consistent standards.
Launch Readiness & Delivery Excellence
  • Define and enforce go‑live readiness criteria across programs, covering development maturity, quality controls, and commercial launch preparedness.
  • Drive consistent, high‑quality execution across global product launches and releases.
Executive Communication & Decision Support
  • Provide clear, decision‑oriented insights to senior leadership.
  • Frame options, trade‑offs, and recommendations for portfolio decisions.
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues requiring executive alignment.
Talent Leadership & PMO Capability
  • Build and lead a high‑performing project and program leadership organization.
  • Develop succession pipelines and leadership capability across the PMO.
  • Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and standard ways of working.
Experience You'll Bring

  • Associate’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross‑functional experience in Commercial, BTS/IT, and Quality.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, QSR).
  • Ability to lead enterprise‑level portfolios and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in governance design, operating models, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Strong executive communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
  • Career development opportunities within a global organization.
  • Medical coverage through our Health Investment Plan (HIP) in the next calendar year.

  • Tuition reimbursement and student debt support programs.
  • Access to diverse wellness initiatives.
