Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Senior Windchill Process Owner to lead strategy, optimization, and adoption of CAD/PLM systems, with a focus on Windchill, across the global organization.

You will partner with engineering and business leaders to design scalable solutions, streamline development and manufacturing workflows, and mentor teams to maximize PLM value enterprise-wide. This role offers relocation assistance and an opportunity to shape Generac’s PLM future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, CS, IS or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in PLM, Windchill admin, and engineering systems support.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable CAD/PLM solutions.
• Experience with product development, engineering change and product release processes.
• Strong project leadership, communication, training, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Windchill SME for the business.
• Lead deployment, optimization, and adoption of PLM solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve workflows and data management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design, implement, and support Windchill and related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Lead training and promote PLM best practices.
• Mentor team members and integrate PLM with other systems.
