You will focus on identifying bottlenecks in IIS, SQL Server and Oracle environments, perform root‑cause analysis, and communicate clear recommendations. English fluency and cross‑border collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting application server performance issues (IIS).
• Proficient in SQL Server and Oracle query optimization.
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, SSH.
• Engineering degree or higher; 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot platform issues and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide practical fixes and negotiate with customers on best approaches.
• Use logs and tools to perform root-cause analysis of performance problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the product and processes.
• Interact with diverse customers and colleagues across countries.
