The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Strategy within Platform Distribution Strategy to partner with PD Strategy leadership in developing and executing a unified global sales strategy.

You will support international/local teams on deal evaluations and analyses. Responsibilities include advisory support to APAC, LATAM and EMEA teams, coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Business Affairs, and managing the distribution strategy team while developing talent and cross-functional

Qualifications

7+ years of strategy, finance, or business development experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of media industry landscape and trends.
Experience leading analyses from concept to completion.
Excellent management, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Provide timely advisory support to international teams on existing business models, risks and challenges.
Coordinate with APAC, LATAM and EMEA teams to align issues and goals, supporting negotiations.
Support ongoing modeling and analysis for deal evaluations.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Business Affairs and other stakeholders on pay-TV and global DTC transactions.
Manage the team responsible for platform distribution strategy.
Ensure ongoing training and development of direct reports.
