Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk and advisory services, seeks a senior technology leader to own Certinia, the platform underpinning Finance and Human Capital. You will run a 30+ person delivery organization across global time zones, shaping a roadmap from operation to standardized product posture, embedding AI, and guiding vendor relationships.

You will partner with CIO, COO, FP&A, and HR leaders to translate needs into pragmatic plans, manage budgets, and ensure security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading enterprise platform end-to-end in global, matrixed environments.
• Experience translating business priorities into delivery plans for C-suite.
• Deep Salesforce/Certinia platform knowledge across projects, billing, and finance.
• Strong AI/ML adoption experience in enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Certinia, balancing reliable operations with deliberate investment.
• Lead and develop a 30+ person, multi-disciplinary organization across product management, solution specialists, platform engineering, and agile delivery squads.
• Serve as the senior technology partner to executive sponsors and stakeholders in US/UK time zones, translating priorities into a defensible delivery plan.
• Own the strategic relationship with the Certinia SaaS vendor and manage implementation and delivery partners with governance and knowledge transfer.
• Own DevOps, release management, and environment management for the platform end to end, including CI/CD and deployment strategy.
• Be accountable for regulatory and compliance posture, audits, data privacy, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Own the platform's operating and investment budget and provide financial reporting to IT and Finance leadership.
• Champion AI integration into core workflows in partnership with AI and data communities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data and IAM to ensure well-architected, observable integrations.
