Job summary
Marsh is seeking a senior technology leader to own Certinia, the platform underpinning our global Finance and Human Capital functions. You will define the end-to-end roadmap, lead a 30+ person delivery organization across time zones, and partner with executive sponsors to translate evolving needs into pragmatic solutions.
The role includes vendor governance, DevOps ownership, and embedding AI into core workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a business-critical enterprise platform end to end.
- Experience in global, matrixed environments.
- Ability to partner with C-suite and senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-year vision and roadmap for Certinia platform.
- Lead 30+ person, multi-disciplinary delivery organization.
- Partner with executive sponsors across US/UK time zones.
- Manage Certinia vendor and delivery partners with governance and knowledge transfer.
- Own DevOps, release management, and environment strategy for the platform.
- Oversee regulatory/compliance posture, audits, and data privacy.
- Budget ownership and financial reporting to IT and Finance leadership.
- Champion AI/enhanced capabilities in core workflows.
- Ensure integration architecture is well-architected and observable.
