Job summary

Marsh seeks a senior technology leader to own Certinia, the platform underpinning our global Finance and Human Capital functions. You will set the roadmap, lead a 30+ person team, and partner with senior IT and business stakeholders across US/UK time zones to deliver a standardized product with AI-enabled capabilities.

You will also manage vendor relationships, DevOps, and compliance, while driving a strategic shift toward a durable internal capability.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
Experience owning a business-critical enterprise platform end to end
Executive presence with senior stakeholders communication
Experience leading large, global multi-disciplinary delivery teams
Direct experience leading Salesforce-based platforms at enterprise scale

Responsibilities

Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Certinia across operations and productization
Lead a 30+ person, multi-disciplinary delivery organization
Partner with senior sponsors (CIO, COO, FP&A) across time zones
Manage vendor/partner relationships, governance, and knowledge transfer
Oversee DevOps, release management, and environment strategy for the platform
Ensure regulatory/compliance posture with audits, data privacy, and access controls
Own annual operating and investment budget and provide financial reporting
