Job summary

BNY is seeking a Platform Experiences & Core Capabilities Lead to join our Data & Analytics team in Boston or New York. You will set the global vision for platform experiences, lead a cross-functional team, and shape AI-enabled data tooling for enterprise clients.

You will translate client needs into design-led roadmaps, measure adoption, and partner with sales and engineering to deliver scalable SaaS capabilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment, this is for you.

Qualifications

15+ years of digital product management experience.
Proven B2B enterprise product leadership across complex clients.
Strong design-led approach informed by user research.
Experience embedding AI into product experiences.
Deep understanding of cloud and data infrastructure.
Experience delivering data visualization in enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the global vision for platform experiences and core capabilities.
Lead client-focused design and user interaction across offerings.
Manage a team of product owners and specialists; oversee roadmaps.
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and business teams to execute backlog.
Track adoption, telemetry, and client feedback to iterate.
Partner with business development for strategic engagements.
