KIRCHHOFF Automotive Tecumseh is seeking a Maintenance supervisor to establish and sustain preventative maintenance across all facilities in Tecumseh, MI. You will guide maintenance teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure equipment performance aligns with quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce downtime and cost while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain continuous plant operation with preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide direction to Maintenance departments to meet/exceed customer requirements.
• Develop and administer a total maintenance system.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify machine downtime causes.
• Develop equipment standards and strategies for future expansion.
• Conduct training for employees on maintenance safety and skills.
