Job summary

Technosoft Engineering is seeking a Sales Manager (BDM) to drive sales and business development for Plant Engineering. You will manage offshore collaboration, coordinate with global teams, and engage CXO-level stakeholders to grow revenue in the US and European markets.

The role requires 8–12 years of progressive sales experience in engineering services, a strong track record of meeting targets, and the ability to lead strategic accounts in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive sales or business development experience in plant engineering or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/enterprise sales.
• Experience coordinating with offshore delivery centers and global teams.
• Experience selling to US and European markets and understanding local business culture.
