Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Master Planner to develop and maintain the master production schedule for a new Prince George, VA startup manufacturing large form‑factor equipment. You will collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure feasible schedules and on-time customer delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in production planning and strong SAP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing planning.
Experience developing and managing Master Production Schedules (MPS).
Hands-on SAP experience in a planning/scheduling/manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of material planning, PO management, inventory control, and capacity planning.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate planning reports for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) within SAP.
Review production performance against schedule and adjust plans to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Production Planners to ensure material availability and capacity readiness.
Reconcile demand, PO coverage, and production requirements for an achievable schedule.
Lead weekly MPS meetings and drive cross-functional alignment on planning.
