Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly experienced Physical Security Systems Manager to own and lead the Physical Security Technology portfolio. Based out of Piscataway, NJ, the role oversees enterprise-level systems, defines policy, and partners with Global IT and Engineering.

The candidate will drive future-state architecture, manage vendors, and lead internal security teams and contractors. A BS in a related field and 10+ years in security tech programs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in physical security enterprise level global security technology programs with at least five years of strategic planning and leading enterprise-level infrastructure across distributed regions.
• Team Leadership: Proven record of leading and managing internal security teams, field technicians, and third‑party systems integrators/vendors.
• Enterprise Architecture: Deep knowledge of unified Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platforms, cloud‑hybrid deployment models, and SaaS/Premises physical security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Defines roadmap, policy, and operational authority over the Security Technology Portfolio.
• Strategic Direction: Shapes future-state architecture and evaluates emerging tech.
• Governance: Serves as technical liaison to Global IT and Global Engineering.
• Lifecycle & Vendor Mgmt: Escalation point for R&D integrations and major upgrades.
• Team Governance: Directs work for Security Technology Specialist and contractors.
