Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Global Security Lead to own the physical security of all clinics and offices, defining standards, KPIs and processes for rapid, compliant openings across markets.

You will manage day-to-day security, coordinate with police and authorities, ensure alignment with privacy and data protection, and build a scalable security operating model with regional ownership and cross-functional collaboration. Travel between markets is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in physical security
• Experience leading security across multiple markets
• Experience setting up security for new sites from design through opening
• Experience managing security vendors and budgets across regions
• Experience leading incident and crisis response and post-incident reviews
• Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Able to travel regularly between markets

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day security management for all clinics and offices
• Develop global security standards, checks, and sign-offs for new openings across markets
• Define and implement a global security operating model with regional ownership
• Coordinate with local authorities and police in each market
• Lead incident management, business continuity and preventative security measures
• Integrate physical and digital protection of patient data with Information Security and Privacy
• Oversee selection and management of security vendors and guarding partners
• Report regularly to COO on incidents, near misses, and open risks
• Drive security initiatives in line with construction, real estate and operations teams
