Job summary

Ramp, headquartered in New York, is hiring its first dedicated Physical Security Lead to build and run a risk-based program that protects our people, leaders, events, and offices across North America and Europe. This high-ownership IC role sits on the Corporate Security team and reports to the Director of IT & Corporate Security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate or physical security.
• 3+ years owning a security program at a multi-site company.
• Hands-on depth in two of executive/event/physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive protection, event security, and office security initiatives.
• Manage security vendors, SLAs, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Develop risk-based security standards for offices and events.
• Oversee guard program, access control, and incident response.
• Partner with IT on network and identity integration.
• Measure program health and report to leadership.
