Job summary

CVS Health is offering a pharmacist internship program for U.S. non-accredited foreign graduates. You will complete a mixed-learning plan with a preceptor, develop clinical and leadership skills, and work toward licensure.

The program emphasizes patient care, compliance, and readiness for a pharmacist role within CVS Health stores. Upon successful internship completion within 18 months and licensure within 120 days, you will transition to a pharmacist role.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate must complete U.S. internship hours and licensure processes.
• FPGEC certification required to begin U.S. internship hours.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days after internship.
• Intern/technician licensure in process may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Participate in immunization services and patient counseling where allowed by law.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety, and privacy regulations; communicate effectively with patients.
