Job summary

CVS Health is offering a structured internship pathway for U.S. Non‑Accredited Foreign Graduates to complete their internship hours and prepare for pharmacist licensure. Trainees will work under a preceptor, learn through a mixed‑modality plan, and develop leadership and business skills within CVS pharmacy teams.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, supporting patient care at pickup and drive‑thru, and expanding skills in immunizations and clinical services as permitted by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a non-U.S. accredited college/school of pharmacy and FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US intern hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and patient care.
• Provide immunizations, vaccines, and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring pharmacy staff.
• Travel to stores in the market to support shifts as needed.
